Human Rights Policy

Commitment to human rights across operations and supply chain.

Last updated: 16 October 2026

Apex Admins is committed to respecting human rights in our own operations and across the businesses we work with. Our delivery model brings together people in Australia and Pakistan, and we recognise our responsibility to make sure everyone who works with us is treated fairly, safely and with dignity. This policy is guided by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.

1. Our commitments

  • Fair and freely chosen work: we do not use forced, bonded or child labour, and we never hold identity documents or charge recruitment fees to workers.
  • Fair pay and conditions: we pay at least the legal minimum wage in each country where our people work, pay on time and set reasonable working hours with paid leave.
  • Equal opportunity: we recruit and promote on merit and do not discriminate on the basis of gender, race, religion, ethnicity, disability, age, sexual orientation or any other protected attribute.
  • Safe and respectful workplaces: we provide safe working conditions, including for remote work, and do not tolerate harassment, bullying or abuse.
  • Privacy: we protect the personal information of our team, clients and their customers in line with our Privacy Policy.
  • Freedom of association: we respect our people's right to join or not join lawful associations.

2. Responsible use of technology

We design AI and automation to support people rather than mislead or harm them. We keep human review in place for decisions that significantly affect individuals and are transparent with our clients about where AI is used.

3. Suppliers and partners

We expect our suppliers and partners to uphold standards consistent with this policy, and we consider human rights risks when selecting them.

4. Raising concerns

Team members, clients and anyone else can raise concerns about human rights in confidence, without fear of retaliation, by contacting us. We will look into every concern and take appropriate action.
