These terms apply to your use of the Apex Admins website and to any enquiries, bookings and services you obtain from us. By using the website you agree to these terms. Paid engagements are also governed by the proposal or service agreement we sign with you; if there is any inconsistency, the signed agreement prevails.
1. Our services
Apex Admins provides AI automation, workflow automation and managed remote specialist services to businesses. The scope, deliverables, timelines and fees of each engagement are set out in a written proposal or service agreement. Information on this website, including service descriptions, case studies and example pricing, is general in nature and does not form an offer until confirmed in writing.
2. Pricing and payment
Prices shown on the website are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. Monthly engagements are invoiced in advance unless agreed otherwise. Setup fees, minimum terms, notice periods and payment terms are set out in your proposal or service agreement.
3. Your responsibilities
- provide accurate information and timely access to the systems, accounts and people we need to deliver the services;
- make sure you have the right to share any data you give us, including personal information about your customers and staff;
- review and approve automations, messages and outputs before they are used where our agreement requires your approval; and
- use our services lawfully and not for spam, deceptive conduct or any purpose that breaches the rights of others.
4. AI and automation outputs
AI systems can make mistakes. We design workflows with human review for steps that affect customers, money, legal obligations or compliance, and we recommend you keep those approvals in place. You remain responsible for decisions you make using outputs from our services, including advice you give to your own clients.
5. Intellectual property
We own the content, design and materials on this website. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business purposes but may not copy or republish them for commercial purposes without our permission. Ownership of workflows, documentation and other deliverables created during an engagement is set out in your service agreement; unless agreed otherwise, you own the deliverables created specifically for you once fees are paid, and we retain our pre-existing tools, templates and know-how.
6. Confidentiality and privacy
We keep your confidential information confidential and use it only to deliver the services. We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
7. Third-party platforms
Our services often rely on third-party software such as CRMs, email platforms, telephony, automation and AI providers. Those providers' terms and availability are outside our control, and their fees are payable by you unless your agreement says otherwise.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where permitted, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of the website or our services. Our total liability in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for the services in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless your service agreement provides otherwise.
10. Website availability and links
We aim to keep the website available and accurate but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
